Is there any setup or licence fee?
No. FXCRM Cloud has zero setup fee and zero licence fee. You only pay the monthly user-based subscription.
What is included in the base plan?
The base plan is 500 users for 500 USD per month and includes the complete FXCRM Pro feature set — CRM, wallets, IB system, KYC, reporting and platform bridges.
How are additional users priced?
Additional users are added in bulk batches of 50. Above 500 users you pay 1 USD per 2 users on the base plan. With MAM/PAMM or WebTrader it becomes 1 USD per user, and with both modules it is 2 USD per user.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. MAM/PAMM (+300 USD/month) and WebTrader (+400 USD/month) can be enabled or disabled at any billing cycle.
Where is my data hosted?
On dedicated, isolated cloud infrastructure with daily encrypted backups. Regional hosting is available on request.
Can I migrate to a self-hosted licence later?
Yes. Your data and configuration migrate to a self-hosted FXCRM deployment whenever you are ready.
